This project consisted in a rehabilitation of an apartment belonging to a building acquired and rehabilitated by Neves & Ferrão. 

The client was looking for a house and visited this property for the first time, while it was still under construction. However, she quickly realized that this could be her ideal house. 

Neves & Ferrão prioritized all the points that the cliente liked and the final result of the project exceeded expectations.
